CXI Research Group

Sean is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Swinburne Business School. He is also Director of the newly established Customer Experience & Insights (CXI) Research Group, which focuses on the helping brands meet customer’s evolving experience expectations.

For the past decade, Sean ran a dedicated research team at Monash Business School's ACRS, having worked with leading brands to create alignment between retail and service expectations and brand promise to deliver meaningful customers experiences.
